over the weekend..

I've been a little beet obsessed the past couple weeks.. I just can't get enough. Beets make an especially pretty juice too.. which i've been guzzling down every day. (Heads up: it'll turn your pee rather pink. which always freaks me out just a little..)

  3. I read that Modoc book! I really liked it a lot... I went through a period of reading a whole lot of circus related books - http://ghostswaltz.blogspot.com/2011/05/circus-reading.html -, and it was definitely one of my favorites.

  6. your fresh juices always inspire me, abi! i have a question though - do you have to cook or prepare the beets in any way before you juice them? i have a few beets in my fridge at the moment and i'm not exactly sure what to do with them...
