And we're less than a week away now! I hope your days are full of tons of christmasy activities this week.. I know ours is packed to the brim. p.s. isn't peacock lane magical?
hello!! i'm a new reader :) you are fun! i just love your christmas decorations! and i am so jealous of your tree... kicking myself for not getting a white one... someday. :)
Peacock Lane is my fam's Christmas Eve tradition. Stroll down the street, duck down on to 39th, and walk through Laurelhurst Park on the way home. Can this week go by faster? This post makes me ache for home.
Is that an advent banner calendar I see? That is quite possibly the coolest thing ever. Totally pinning that bad boy and incorporating it into my house next Christmas.
I remember going to Peacok Lane when I was little...it was awesome but there were people everywhere. Is it still like that? I bet Bennett would love it though! I love all of your vintage holidayness too! Merry Christmas!
PS: Saw you on Dani Hampton's blog today...hooray!
These photos are beautiful! I love Christmas time! Our city has a street that decorates their houses so beautifully and one of the houses even sets up a radio station to play Christmas music and the lights go to the beat of the music! I love going there lol. :)
my hubs and i walked peacock lane on christmas day evening. we hadn't done it in years. just as we were about to leave the house at the stark st end started blaring muzak feliz navidad. :D it was fantastic!
That is one impressive road. I want to live there.
