birthday

My birthday was Monday and a few years ago we started a new birthday/Christmas tradition where we get out our tree and officially begin the Christmas season by decorating the house, drinking hot cocoa and blasting the Christmas music! Its always only a couple days before Thanksgiving, and I like getting a head start on it! This year we have a white tree (thank you christmas clearance!) and decorated it with all vintage glass balls. After decorating we took a walk around our (still very fall-ish) neighborhood.. and later went out to dinner with the whole family. It was perfect!

    Happy birthday/ start of Christmas! You look adorable in the last pics :) I always thought white Christmas trees were tacky but you've completely converted me! I love the vintage glass baubles too ;)

    looks like you had a fun birthday! i think we have the same exact tree! we decided we wanted a prelit tree this year and since we already had a green tree we went with white!

    I have this very same tree. I'm so excited to put it together tonight. The past two days all I've done is cut out snowflakes and taped them to my living room walls, so it should look really wintry in there by this weekend. :)
