baby lumen and links

So in keeping with one of my new years goals, i've been booking more and more photo sessions lately. I LOVE shooting so this makes me really happy. I'll be sharing more about this really soon and there's even a related giveaway in the very near future.. but for now i just wanted to pop in with a newborn session from a couple weeks ago. Her name is Lumen and she gave me baby fever like i've never had before!

Paris, after all my travels you still remain the most magical city i've ever been to.

south germany

we spent a few days off out in the middle of nowhere in south germany. it was some of the prettiest views i've seen in my entire life. These pictures don't do it justice. I'd say fall is definitely the best time to visit places like this.

Bielfeld, DE

{wifi hasn't been steady so i'll be posting when i can but probably not as often as i thought i would be}

Bielefeld was gorgeous, as you can see. We went to Sparrenberg castle which was absolutely amazing. And also walked around downtown a bit. It was nice to have some locals with us who could translate and tell us more about what we were seeing.

We've been having a blast so far. Driving is a little bit crazy for us since the roads are TINY and our vehicle is ginormous (and we can't read street signs) but it makes for some good stories!

Off to Berlin today!

A wonderful giveaway

Today i'm here with a little giveaway that i'm pretty excited about, from the lovely tea collection. They let me pick out a few pieces from their collection and it just so happens they have the cutest children's clothing around and i have a new nephew to wear them.

I LOOOVE the simplicity of the wrap one-pieces. The kimono-style is not only super cute but very practical. And the colors/prints they come in are super amazing.

It is often hard to find cute baby boy's clothing (girls on the other hand have their pick from ANYTHING, anywhere) but tea definitely knows how to do cute boy clothes without being overly TRACTOR! and FOOTBALL! and DINOSAUR! (not that there is anything wrong with those either). Plus their girl's clothing is just so cute, i squealed while browsing.
Definitely go check out the website, even if you don't have a little one. They sell everything from baby clothes to 12 years.. and also some womens clothing. You'll probably find yourself squealing too.
